Thank you for choosing Flex Vault. Because our programs and services consist primarily of digital content and coaching services, all sales are subject to the following refund policy.
By enrolling in our online coaching program, you agree to a minimum commitment of three (3) consecutive months.
Coaching is billed monthly unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Payments are automatically processed on the scheduled billing date.
Due to the time, planning, and personalized nature of coaching, all coaching payments are non-refundable once charged.
No refunds or credits will be issued for:
Missed check-ins
Failure to follow the program
Lack of participation
Change of personal circumstances
Early cancellation before the 3-month commitment has been completed
After the initial 3-month commitment, coaching may be canceled according to the cancellation terms outlined in your coaching agreement. Cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date to avoid future charges.
The Workout Library Membership provides immediate access to digital workout content.
Membership is billed monthly at $19.99.
Your subscription automatically renews until canceled.
You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date.
After cancellation:
You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.
Your subscription will not renew.
Because access to digital content is granted immediately, monthly membership fees are non-refundable.
No partial refunds or prorated refunds will be provided for unused time remaining in a billing cycle.
All standalone training programs, guides, and digital programs are one-time purchases.
Because digital programs are delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final.
Refunds will not be issued due to:
Change of mind
Accidental purchase
Failure to use the program
Dissatisfaction after accessing the content
If you experience technical issues preventing access to your purchase, please contact us so we can assist you.
If you believe you were charged more than once due to a billing error, please contact us within 14 days. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded promptly.
If you have questions regarding a charge, please contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card provider. Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in suspension or termination of access to our services while the matter is investigated.
