Build stronger, more stable knees by improving joint control, tendon capacity, and lower-body strength for more confident movement.
This 25–30 minute workout develops knee control from the ground up. You’ll prepare the ankles and lower legs, work through controlled knee movement, progressively load the knees, and strengthen the hamstrings to create better support around the joint.
Use this workout 1–2 times per week alongside your existing lower-body or athletic training. It can be used as a standalone knee-strength session or incorporated on a lighter training day to supplement your regular strength work.
Control the range before increasing it. Keep your knee tracking smoothly with your foot as you move, and only progress the depth or resistance when you can maintain control throughout the entire rep.
