Build full-body strength, mobility, coordination, and control through athletic movement patterns that challenge your ability to move confidently through different positions.
This 45–50 minute intermediate-to-advanced workout combines dynamic mobility, unilateral strength, loaded carries, rotational training, and full-body movement. The session begins with mobility and activation before progressing into strength and control-based exercises that challenge multiple movement patterns.
Complete the warm-up and activation exercises first, moving slowly through each position. Then work through the main training exercises in order, completing the listed sets and reps before moving forward. Choose loads that challenge you without sacrificing control or positioning.
Don’t rush the transitions. The goal is not just to complete each rep, but to maintain control as your body moves between different positions. Slow down when needed and prioritize stability over heavier weight.
