Build foundational pulling, pushing, core, and shoulder strength to develop better body control and prepare for more advanced calisthenics and handstand skills.
This 45-minute beginner workout develops the fundamental strength and control needed for calisthenics. After a targeted warm-up, you’ll move through three circuits focused on pulling and scapular control, pushing and core strength, and handstand preparation before finishing with a short cooldown.
Complete the warm-up first, then perform 2 rounds of each circuit before moving to the next. Prioritize controlled reps and clean technique rather than rushing through the exercises. Finish with the cooldown to release the shoulders and upper body.
