Improve handstand balance and control by building stronger wrists, stable shoulders, better alignment, and confidence supporting your body upside down.
This 30–35 minute handstand session develops the physical foundations needed for better balance. You’ll prepare the wrists and shoulders, reinforce proper body positioning, build weight-bearing stability, and progress into supported overhead handstand work.
Use this workout 1–2 times per week alongside your existing handstand training. It works well as a dedicated technique session or on a lighter skill day when you want to focus on positioning and control without a high volume of freestanding attempts.
Build the position before chasing balance. The more consistently you can stack and control your wrists, shoulders, ribs, and pelvis, the easier it becomes to make smaller corrections when balancing upside down.
