Improve hip stability, address side-to-side imbalances, and build better control to reduce unwanted hip shifting during lower-body movement.
This 30–35 minute workout targets hip instability and movement asymmetries through mobility, activation, strengthening, and single-leg control. You’ll work through hip rotation, squat patterning, lateral hip strength, and balance drills designed to help each side move and stabilize more independently.
Use this workout 2–3 times per week alongside your existing lower-body, mobility, or athletic training. It works well as a standalone stability session or on a lighter training day. If you notice a significant difference between sides, prioritize quality and control rather than simply adding more reps to the weaker side.
Watch how your pelvis moves, not just your hips. During each exercise, pay attention to shifting, rotating, or dropping toward one side. Slow the movement down and aim for equal control before increasing resistance or range.
