Improve full-body mobility and movement control through targeted work for the spine, shoulders, hips, ankles, hamstrings, and trunk.
This all-level full-body mobility workout combines joint mobility, active range work, loaded positions, and controlled movement. Each section targets a different area of the body to help athletes maintain mobility and movement quality alongside their regular strength and skill training.
Use this workout 1–2 times per week alongside your existing strength, calisthenics, or athletic training. It works well on a lighter training or active recovery day, or as a dedicated mobility session to maintain range of motion without replacing your primary strength work.
Treat mobility like training, not just stretching. Move deliberately through each exercise and focus on controlling the range rather than trying to reach the deepest position possible.
