Restore full-body movement, reduce stiffness, and improve joint control with a low-fatigue mobility flow designed to help your body move and recover better.
This 25–30 minute recovery-focused flow moves through the spine, hips, shoulders, and lower body using controlled mobility and gentle activation. The session progresses from joint preparation into larger, integrated movement patterns before finishing with breathing and decompression.
Use this flow 1–3 times per week on rest or active recovery days, after harder strength or calisthenics sessions, or whenever your body feels particularly stiff. It can also be completed before dedicated mobility or flexibility training when you want to loosen up without creating additional fatigue.
Keep the intensity low. This session is meant to restore movement, not test your limits. Move slowly, breathe naturally, and use a comfortable range rather than forcing deeper positions.
